Tasha’s Bio
I believe therapy is about more than overcoming challenges. It is about understanding yourself, healing from what you have experienced, and creating a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Throughout my own life and my years working with clients, I have seen the strength people carry, even in their most difficult seasons. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly understood while also helping you gain practical tools, new perspectives, and the confidence to move forward.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, self-esteem, and the everyday stress that comes with trying to balance it all. I enjoy helping clients recognize patterns, better understand themselves and their relationships, and make meaningful changes that create lasting growth.
Before founding Willow Creek Counseling, I worked with Heritage Counseling Associates, where I supported individuals through a variety of challenges as they worked toward healing and personal growth. Prior to becoming a counselor, I spent many years as a high school English teacher, an experience that shaped my passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
During my clinical training, I served as a High School Intervention Counselor Intern, working closely with students experiencing anxiety, depression, bullying, abuse, grief, addiction, identity concerns, and other significant life challenges. These experiences strengthened my belief that everyone has a story worth understanding and that healing begins when people feel truly seen and heard.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from LeTourneau University, graduating summa cum laude, and hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of West Georgia, where I graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Sigma Tau Delta. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, EMDR-trained therapist, and Brainspotting Practitioner.
My approach is compassionate, insight-oriented, and practical. I believe therapy should help you better understand your experiences while also giving you real-life strategies you can use outside of sessions. As the founder of Willow Creek Counseling, I am honored to provide a place where clients feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to heal and grow.
Outside of counseling, my greatest joy is being a mom to my son at the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig!) and my daughter at the University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy!), where we are also Alpha Phi sisters. Our family is completed by our two very loved pups, Gatsby and Daisy.
As a 17-year cancer survivor, I have a deep appreciation for resilience, perspective, and finding purpose even through difficult seasons. Helping others rediscover hope, confidence, and connection is not just my profession, it is truly my calling.

Tiffany’s Bio
Whether you are navigating the pressures of school, relationships, athletics, or everyday life, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by expectations and lose sight of your own strengths. I believe our emotions tell an important part of our story, and therapy provides a space to build confidence, resilience, and balance. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, performance challenges, relationship concerns, life transitions, and personal growth.
I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop tools to navigate challenges with confidence. I have a special passion for working with student-athletes of all ages and levels, supporting them as they balance the unique pressures of athletics, identity, performance, and life beyond sports.
Before joining Willow Creek Counseling, I completed clinical internships at Roosevelt High School, where I supported student-athletes, and at the Texas Tech University Career Center, where I worked with students from diverse backgrounds. These experiences strengthened my passion for helping individuals discover their goals, overcome obstacles, and develop the tools needed to thrive.
I earned my Master of Education in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University. During my time at OBU, I was a collegiate softball player and served in leadership roles through the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and Pi Sigma Phi.
My approach to counseling is collaborative, supportive, and goal-focused. I believe growth begins when you have a space where you feel heard, accepted, and encouraged to explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we will work toward creating balance, building resilience, and helping you move toward the life you want.
Outside of counseling, sports have played a significant role in shaping who I am, especially softball and baseball. I also enjoy country music, live concerts, and spending time connecting with the people around me.
Your story matters, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths and move toward healing, purpose, and growth.

I believe every person’s story is unique, and therapy provides a space to explore your experiences, understand patterns, and develop tools to create meaningful change. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, emotional struggles, and difficult life transitions.
I enjoy helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviors. My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients can build confidence, discover their strengths, and move toward healing and growth.
Before joining Willow Creek Counseling, I worked in private practice alongside a neuropsychologist, where I gained a deeper understanding of the connection between brain functioning and emotional wellness. During this time, I supported clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, complex trauma, interpersonal challenges, autism, and ADHD.
My background also includes providing school-based mental health services through a non-profit organization, where I supported children and families while helping increase access to counseling services. This experience strengthened my skills in emotional regulation, crisis support, and helping young clients and families navigate challenging seasons.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Arkansas. During my graduate training, I completed an internship at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the substance abuse department, where I developed a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience individuals demonstrate throughout recovery. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor in the state of Texas.
My approach to counseling is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational. I believe therapy is not just about overcoming challenges, but also about discovering resilience, purpose, and hope. I strive to create a space where you feel accepted and supported exactly where you are.
Outside of counseling, my husband and I live in North Fort Worth with our two dogs, Koda and Josie, who we adore. I feel grateful to do work I love, helping others through difficult moments and celebrating their growth along the way.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin your journey toward healing and a more fulfilling life.
